What This Role is All About
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong, supporting the delivery and evolution of the Vitality Global product offering within Vitality Asia's partnership insurance market, across AIA’s insurance markets in the Asia Pacific region. This role is a vital link between Vitality Global and local market teams, ensuring our product strategy aligns with market needs and delivers exceptional value to clients and members.
You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept through to implementation—while building strong partnerships with AIA Group, Amplify Health, and local business units. You will ensure seamless communication and coordination between Vitality Global’s central product and R&D functions and local market teams. Your expertise in the Vitality model will help drive innovation, share global best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across markets.
Key Actions
- Lead and execute the product vision and roadmap
- Be the subject matter expert on the Vitality Global product offering to Vitality Asia.
- Align product strategy with each market’s goals and priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AIA and Amplify Health teams (and requisite South East Asian business units)
- Prepare and share relevant Vitality experience from other markets to enable insurance market clients to have access to global Vitality product best practice.
- Facilitate regular product forums and share global insights
- Develop product specifications, and to craft solutions based on high-level specifications through collaboration with insurance market counterparts.
- Support product launches and annual enhancements
- Act as the go-to expert for product-related queries and coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Actuaries, Clinical Specialists, Partner Market Managers, Partner & Systems teams

- Significant experience in business analysis, consulting or product development experience
- Formal tertiary degree or higher qualification
