In order to keep your application unique and reflective of your experiences and personality, we strongly advise that if you want to use AI, draft your application and responses to any questions first, and then use AI to offer suggested improvements. Authenticity is key to standing out, especially if other applicants are also using AI.

1 Please note, some of our roles may require you to complete a short behaviour-based assessment too. We’ll let you know if this is the case. For these assessments, you will complete a series of mini tasks that assess your natural behaviours. You will then receive an assessment feedback report. This report will give you insights into your natural behaviours and strengths.
2 All our offers are subject to referencing due to Financial Conduct Authority regulations, this will be explained in your offer pack but will be discussed at offer stage. Your offer letter and contract will then be sent out in the post and emailed to you.
