To apply for any role at Vitality, you first need to create a profile on our careers site. Then complete your application online, upload your CV and click the Register button.

We prefer you to send us your CV only when applying for a specific job. If you want to be one of the first people to apply for any new openings, you can set up job alerts on our careers site. When a new role matching your skills appears, you'll automatically get an email alert.
We prefer to keep it simple. So, the only document you need to attach when you apply is your CV.
Feel free to use AI tools to structure your CV and polish your writing. But please, make sure your application still sounds like you. AI-generated text can often feel generic. We want to know about the real you and what makes you unique.
We use AI tools to help highlight potential strengths or areas of development, based on your application, CV or testing, but we don’t allow AI to make a decision about you.
As we get so many applications for our roles, it is not possible to provide feedback on applications. However, if you have attended an interview we will provide you with an outcome and aim to offer you feedback, should you want it.

Our experienced recruiters will review your application against the requirements of the role. You may also be asked to undertake an assessment as part of the post application screening.
We appreciate the time you have taken to apply for a role, and so we endeavour to email every applicant to let them know the outcome of their application, successful or not.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not able to provide specific feedback for each unsuccessful application. However, if you reach interview stage, we will request feedback for you.
