Diversity and inclusion at Vitality is all about celebrating our differences and liberating the best in our people. As signatories to the Women in Finance Charter and the Race at Work Charter, we’re proud that our gender and ethnicity pay gaps are low by sector standards.

We consistently reach our target of 60% female appointments to higher paying roles, strengthening gender representation at senior levels. Since 2018, we have succeeded in reducing our gender pay gap by more than 10% – progress made possible through a range of focused initiatives.
