Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
To liberate the best in our people by dreaming up creative ways to bring learning content to life digitally, with a focus on interactive and visually engaging content. Consults with the business on identified skills gaps and proposes digital learning solutions that incorporate both curated and bespoke content. Conceptualises, designs, and builds digital learning solutions that maximise learning transfer and deliver learning objectives.
Key Actions
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital learning projects / initiatives.
- Consults with stakeholders to identify learning needs and proposes appropriate digital learning solutions to close skills gaps.
- Conceptualises, storyboards, and builds digital learning modules and pathways.
- Develops digital learning assets – digital courses, PDFs, videos, slide decks, animations, etc.
- Uploads and deploys (internally built and externally sourced) digital modules on our learning experience platform, monitoring take up and completion rates and updating stakeholders.
- Works closely with ‘content’ stakeholders to find creative and engaging ways to bring their learning content to life digitally and manage them through the process.
- Delivers digital learning that’s in line with the Vitality brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of digital learning solutions, and builds learns into the development of future digital learning.
Learning Experience Platform (iThrive) Administration
- Works alongside the L&D Coordinators to service support requests and queries from the business.
- Supports the on-going development of our Learning Experience Platform.
- Ensures all users have a learning profile.
What do you need to thrive?
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital learning or training role ie working with learning experience platforms (LXP's), content authoring and story board development
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment, taking ownership and initiative, and managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines
- Knowledge and experience of principles and practice of adult learning
- IT literate, with an eye for design
