Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the London, Stockport or Bournemouth offices. Full time hours.

What this role is all about:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) and help transition our business from its existing work practices to infusing understanding of scaled agile and business agility from the top-down.
You will coach, mentor, and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific challenges. You will analyse the organisation's existing structure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire Enterprise organisation, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
Key Actions
- Facilitate learning and development through one on one and team coaching and training
- Coach Journey Leadership in SAFe practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down
- Effectively communicate SAFe principles and practices and overall operating model across the organisation
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures to help drive continuous improvement across teams
- Keep a fact-based perspective on issues and apply agile principles to help understand the root cause
What do you need to thrive?
- Strong leader, educator, and coach
- An excellent communicator and motivator
- Emotional intelligence—at a minimum, understand impact of choices on people, workflows, and business
- Technical fluency to effectively work with processes and workflows
- Agile certifications e.g. SAFe SPC, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional, etc.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach working in a software delivery environment
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
- Ability to connect with all levels of an organisation
- IT related under-graduate degree perforable
