About The Role:

Are you ready to take your career in sales and account management to the next level? As a Corporate Renewals Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the renewal negotiations for a portfolio of Vitality Health’s corporate policies for businesses with less than 200 employees. This role is perfect for someone with a background in Private Medical Insurance or financial services, looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Actions:

Negotiate and renew annual corporate contracts for intermediated schemes with less than 200 employees (approx. 50 clients).
Maintain and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders, including Vitality’s Corporate Underwriting team.
Build strong broker relationships and deliver mid-year client review meetings.
Organise your workload to include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Report on retention renewals status and communicate Vitality’s full Private Medical Insurance and Wellbeing Programme and Services to brokers and clients.

What you need to thrive:

Experience in Private Medical Insurance or financial services.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise multiple work items and meet strict deadlines.
Experience translating key data into sales messaging.
Passion for the Vitality product and brand.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer literacy.
