Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of our Vitality offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
We are looking for a candidate who would like to branch into a role of this nature of which we will be able to provide full training and a personalised development plan.
A Software Engineering Manager is accountable for the delivery of products and services and the performance of a Software Engineering team.
You will build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well. You will identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them, focusing the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services.
You will be quick on your feet to respond to change in a fast-paced environment utilising the best of Agile and Scrum Practices.

Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
- Previous experience in a Software Engineering setting
- We are looking for someone who is keen to move into a Software Engineering Management setting
- The ability to communicate effectively with your Team members and additional stakeholders
