This is an opportunity to build practical experience across health insurance pricing while contributing to commercial performance.

- Prepare, cleanse and validate data to ensure pricing analysis and modelling outputs are accurate and reliable
- Complete feature engineering, model validation and reasonability checks using established actuarial processes
- Monitor model performance through actual-versus-expected analysis, rating factor reviews and drift checks
- Identify changes in model performance and provide clear evidence where recalibration or further investigation may be required
- Support rate change impact analysis and prepare the data used for conversion and elasticity modelling
- Build simple statistical models and work effectively with existing models, documenting their assumptions, risks and limitations
- Automate manual Excel processes using Python, SQL and AI to improve the efficiency and consistency of pricing activity
- Present analysis clearly, keep stakeholders informed and collaborate with colleagues to resolve data or modelling issues
