What this role is all about:

At Vitality, we believe great outcomes start with great insights. As our Reward and Performance Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping us shape a fair, competitive and high-performing culture through data-driven reward and performance practices.

Working across our People and Finance teams, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insight. This will help leaders make informed decisions on pay, performance and workforce planning. From supporting annual reward reviews and performance cycles to delivering market analysis and benchmarking, you'll help ensure our reward programmes continue to support both our people and our business ambitions.

Through technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions, you'll enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Key Actions

Deliver insightful reward and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision making
Support annual salary review, bonus planning and promotion-related reward processes
Maintain and analyse salary benchmarking data to ensure competitive market positioning
Partner with HR Business Partners and People Leaders to provide reward and performance guidance
Produce meaningful reporting on pay equity, salary positioning, workforce trends and performance outcomes
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of annual performance management processes
Administer reward and performance systems while maintaining high levels of data integrity
Contribute to governance, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements across reward activities
Identify opportunities to enhance reward and performance programmes through data and stakeholder feedback
Leverage technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight generation and employee experience

What do you need to thrive?

Experience working within reward, people analytics, HR operations or a related people-focused environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Experience supporting reward, compensation or performance-related processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights
Experience producing management information and reporting for stakeholders
Knowledge of salary benchmarking, market analysis or job evaluation practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using HR systems and an interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve ways of working
