What this role is all about:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in empowering our D2C teams with clear, actionable insights, working closely with leaders across Digital, Lead Generation and Telesales to strengthen our operational reporting and uncover opportunities that drive performance across the contact centre.
Key Actions
- Lead the daily performance analytics agenda across all campaigns, turning data into influential insights that shape real business outcomes and elevate your strategic skill set.
- Elevate real‑time Contact Centre performance by uncovering opportunities, providing clear direction, and building the analytical instinct that accelerates career growth.
- Play an active, valued role within our cross‑functional leadership team, helping stakeholders make confident, high‑impact decisions while expanding your visibility and influence.
- Spot early signs of underperformance with speed and accuracy, taking decisive real‑time action that strengthens your reputation as a trusted performance expert.
- Own and evolve operational reporting dashboards for senior leaders, supported by our analyst team, giving you hands‑on experience with tools that enhance your analytical capability.
- Provide the insight that empowers effective resource planning, developing your commercial acumen as you help every FTE deliver maximum value.
- Shape and refine contact strategies that boost conversion, ensuring your voice influences critical decisions and sharpens your strategic toolkit.
What do you need to thrive?
- Intermediate SQL and Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Interest of knowledge of working with python (ideally but not essential)
- 3+ years’ experience working in an analytics role , have experience in insight production
- Experience of using large and varied data sets to yield credible, effective insights
- A good understanding and knowledge on contact centres.
- Professional maturity, able to operate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Enjoys coaching and teaching others, sharing knowledge and skills
