What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day project management; engaging and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires balancing commercial implications and costs to ensure project viability while driving the successful delivery of bespoke business solutions across multiple products. The Project Manager will work across Vitality Asia businesses, including Ping An Health Insurance, AIA and Amplify Health.

Key Actions

• Manages and supports the successful delivery of multiple projects and initiatives
• Provides a flexible and responsive approach to project management in order to support the Business Owners in their responsibilities
• Responsible for the co-ordination and supporting activities/ documentation for all aspects of project lifecycle activity; scoping, set-up, planning, reporting, controls, pro-active risk management, stakeholder management and communications
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics
• Lead cross-functional project team meetings to review and track progresses, and resolve operational issues
• Liaise with programme management and related projects to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of work
• Ensure stakeholders (internal and external) are informed of requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and performance updates for senior management and business line leaders
• Facilitate and support business analysis and requirements gathering with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technology solutions
• Identify and manage interdependencies across functions, escalating risks and issues as needed
• Establish and monitor project performance metrics to measure success
• Work with project assurance representatives to ensure overall direction and integrity of projects
• Manage ad-hoc processes or projects in line with evolving business needs
• Prepare and support the delivery of senior-level reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership. Ensures effective reporting and communication of business progress to key stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent experience as a Project Manager with a reputation for delivery
• Strong data and analytical skills, necessary to understand & synthesise large quantities of information across complex project
• Experience of managing small to medium cross functional teams
• Demonstrable stakeholder management to Executive level
