Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of the Vitality Offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time hours.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey, helping us unlock new possibilities across multiple Salesforce Clouds. You’ll work with a dynamic team of experts, contribute to a thriving Community of Practice (CoP), and help steer innovation, governance, and technical excellence across the enterprise.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in Salesforce administration, development, or consulting who’s ready to take the next step—driving innovation, shaping governance, and acting as a trusted advisor across a large enterprise environment spanning multiple Salesforce Clouds.
You’ll contribute to six strategic pillars: Platform Strategy, Supplier Management, Innovation, Governance, Technical Expertise, and People Engagement—with a particular focus on the latter four.
Key Actions
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Build strong relationships across technical and business teams, promoting alignment and shared understanding
- Prototype and demo new Salesforce features to spark ideas and drive adoption
- Stay ahead of the curve with release notes, roadmap updates, and product announcements
- Partner with Solution Architects and product teams to design scalable, cross-cloud solutions
- Co-develop platform standards with the Head of Salesforce Enablement
- Support audit deliverables and ensure compliance through regular recertification processes
- Monitor system performance and release cycles, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
What do you need to thrive?
- Educated to degree level in a technology related subject, or evidence equivalent experience
- Experience working on Salesforce products, implementing solutions using a variety of functionality options. This may include integration with other systems
- Experience working on multiple in-flight initiatives at any time
- Advanced investigative, analytical, and logical critical thinking skills
- Proven experience in running ideation sessions with detailed solutions output
