Team – Direct Acquisition

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

What this role is all about:

The Digital Marketing Executive, specialising in technical SEO and data analysis, plays a crucial role in driving growth and maximising online conversions for Vitality. This position is designed to enhance website performance through advanced technical SEO techniques and delivering crucial reporting and analysis to support our strategic initiatives.

Key Actions

Work with our agency to provide actionable recommendations to enhance website performance, speed, and user experience.
Develop and prioritise technical SEO roadmap.
Work closely with the SEO and CRO exec's to collate, prioritise and brief technical requirements to development teams.
Establish and maintain comprehensive reporting practises, providing clear briefs for Digital Analytics.
Collaborate with teams and senior leaders to pinpoint and evaluate key performance indicators, offering proactive recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
Assist the team with design for Digital Acquisition tests. Including exploring the relationship between SEO/PPC and meta description evaluations.
Action technical tickets through our CMS system.

What do you need to thrive?

A team-centric outlook, your work is part of the team’s overall plan.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proven experience in a role or internship with a focus on technical SEO.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others.
