Team – Corporate Client Management
Working Pattern - Remote role. Full time, 35 hours per week.
What this role is all about:
This multi-skilled role is all about helping our clients deliver a successful workplace wellbeing offering to their employees and to drive engagement with Vitality’s Wellbeing Programme.
To do this, the role requires the needs to have an in-depth understanding of Vitality’s full suite of engagement services and benefits, including the Vitality programme.
You will have good questioning and listening skills in order to establish your clients’ wellbeing strategy requirements and best match against Vitality’s services. You will offer to include services such as workshops, health check days, educational presentations and more.
Key Actions
- Working with the Corporate Renewals Specialist team to support on the proactive engagement strategy of a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Run consultation calls with Corporate clients to establish wellbeing event requirements.
- Manage a variety of client event bookings from start through to delivery across Vitality’s corporate client base.
- Deliver digital and face-to-face employer/employee education sessions (eg: Making the Most of Vitality Presentations/Tutorials). Occasionally attend on-site client events such as Benefit Fairs, Wellness Days.
- Promote and manage the administration of bespoke client engagement initiatives as they are introduced by Vitality eg: Corporate Campaigns and Challenges.
- Work in collaboration with Vitality stakeholders (such as Client Managers, Vitality Coaches, Marketing) and external stakeholders (such as screening and workshop providers).
- Have an in-depth understanding of Vitality’s full suite of engagement services and benefits, including the Vitality programme and be able to articulate clearly to clients.
- General administration maintenance of all team spreadsheets and team mailbox to include - managing PO requests for event material and merchandise, client invoicing for services, client Wellness Fund tracker.
- Assist the Client Managers with account management cover when required.
What do you need to thrive?
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with experience working with stakeholders at Administration and Manager levels.
- Presentation skills (or desire to be trained).
- Organised, calm and methodical under pressure.
- Project management/ Account management.
- Good technical understanding of digital event platforms.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
