About The Role

Team – Sales Operations and Quality

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:

Supporting the Head of Intermediated Oversight to embed compliance and quality frameworks within distributionwith a specific focus on Vitality Franchise partners, Digital Business Consultants and Strategic Adviser Distribution.This will include call listening and quality assessments outputs and feedback, MI analysis, recording and tracking ofoversight activity as well as assisting with the development and documentation of robust control policies andprocedures for distribution teams. 

Key Actions

  • Develop, maintain and enhance existing oversight processes, risk tracking and mitigation actions
  • Prepare Quarterly Intermediated Distribution Governance Committees including the collation and analysis of Life, Health & sales quality data including complaints, lapse rates, breaches and concentration risk
  • Sign off, track and monitor as well as providing guidance on incentives, compliance returns, gifts and entertainment
  • Assist HOIM to create, train and embed compliance / quality guidance documents and operational manual
  • Support in broker visits and reviews
  • Carry out quality assurance assessments across Digital Business Consultants, Vitality Adviser Telemarketers & Lead Providers; providing appropriate feedback and reporting
  • Complete Fighting Fund assessments across all of the Health Sales Channels
  • Completion of QA reporting / trend analysis. 

Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:

  • Experience of managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines
  • Experience within financially regulated space
  • Call listening / QA experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Diplomacy and tact in dealing with business sensitive information
  • Self-starter able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
