About The Role

Team – Business Insurance (B2B)

Working Pattern - Monday to Friday between 8.30-5.30, No weekends

Holiday allowance 25 days holiday (pro rata), plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to five days each holiday year

What will you do as a Business Insurance Sales Advisor?

We are searching for talented and caring individuals who are looking to join Vitality and deliver high-quality advice and recommendations directly to clients, over the telephone and other platforms. We will reward you with an excellent basic salary, commission structure and benefits package that really rewards you for all your hard work.

 

You will offer advice on the comprehensive range of Vitality Business Health Insurance Products. All sales result in profitable, compliant sales and satisfied customers. Having great organisational skills, where you can prioritise your pipeline and chase up outstanding quotes for successful conversion, seeing it through to the business plan.

 

  • Delivering predominantly telephone and video call (teams, Zoom etc) based Business Healthcare Insurance  advice direct to SME clients
  • Face-to-face presentations may be required on a limited basis and only when SME clients require it and they have more than 10 members in their scheme
  • Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met
  • Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
  • Maintaining knowledge, skills and personal performance to the required standards through a full training and capability scheme approach
  • Ensuring that the agreed advice process is followed and that fact finds, needs analysis and that all consumer recommendations are well documented and well communicated
  • Ability to conduct the full advice process unscripted in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Ability to communicate using social media platforms in a professional and regulated manner.
  • Will be expected to work both inbound and outbound (cold-calling) leads dependent on business requirements. Sales targets will include both measures

What do you need to thrive?

  • Ability to communicate with clients effectively across multiple channels
  • Must be able to self-manage their end-to-end advice sales process  including but not limited to fact finding, needs identification, product suitability and advice recommendation experience
  • Regulated advice sales experience
  • Experienced user of MS Office, MS Teams
  • Computer literate
  • IF7 or industry equivalent – if not already held, must be obtained within 6 months of starting the role
