About The Role

Hybrid role
Vacancy Salary - 22,672 + Bonus + Benefits
Shift Patterns - 40 hours between Monday- Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-13:45

Job Purpose

Your role will be to speak to individuals who have enquired directly on our website or via a third party regarding Private Health/Life Insurance. You will qualify warm leads for consultants to advise on a private insurance policy that best suites the individual’s needs. Providing a expert, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customers. This is a fast-paced role where you will deal with both individual and team targets.

Its all about you:
  • Experience of working in a contact centre environment ideal, but not essential! We have the tools to teach you
  • You communicate well, are great at building trusting relationships and can adapt your style depending on who you are speaking to
  • The ability to maintain a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change, contributing to great team spirit
  • Passion for quality and highest levels of standard and service
  • Demonstrates, resilience and the tenacity to succeed
  • Continually aiming for improvement and achievement of results
